This service provides dedicated, live-in care for your pets and home, ensuring continuity, security, and peace of mind while you are away.

Pet care includes:

  • All feeding and fresh water

  • Two daily walks (where appropriate)

  • Administration of medication as required

  • Cleaning and maintaining litter trays

  • Maintaining your pets’ normal routines and environment

Home care includes:

  • Responsible presence in your home for security and peace of mind

  • Collecting post and receiving deliveries

  • Keeping the home clean, tidy, and well-ventilated

  • Managing household waste and recycling

  • Watering indoor plants and garden as needed

How do you ensure the security of my home?

I take several measures to ensure the security of your home, including collecting mail, receiving deliveries, putting out rubbish/recycling bins, and keeping the house clean and tidy. I also water indoor plants and gardens as necessary.

How much notice do you need before booking?

It’s best to book as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel times. However, I can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so please contact me to check availability.

What if my pet has special needs or requires medication?

I have extensive experience in administering medication and caring for pets with special needs. Please provide detailed instructions, and I will ensure your pet receives the care they need.

Can you stay overnight at my home?

Yes, more often than not I stay overnight to ensure your pets and home are well cared for around the clock. This includes all standard pet care and home security services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ notice to avoid penalties. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice incur a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start incur a 50% cancellation fee.
